Gloria has been working in the legal field since 1980, in the areas of family, probate, criminal, real estate and business law. Gloria has extensive knowledge in the area of family law, and continues to increase her knowledge by attending continuing legal education courses offered by the State Bar and local paralegal associations.
Gloria is a Denton County native, married for 42 years, with a daughter, son and granddaughter.
Gloria has been an active member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division since 1989. Gloria has served as the District 12 Director for the Division since 2008, and has served on various Committees for the Division over the years, including the Online CLE Chair, Texas Advanced Paralegal Seminar (TAPS) Planning Committee, District 12 Membership Sub-Chair, District 12 Public Relations Sub-Chair, and District 12 Elections Sub-Chair.
Gloria has been also been a member of the Denton County Paralegal Association since its inception in 1991, and has served in many positions for DCPA, including President in 2007-2008. Gloria is also a member of the State Bar College and the National Association of Legal Assistants.
