Denton Divorce Attorneys

Gregory Family Law deals with clients who are in the crisis of divorce. Their families many time are dealing with brokenness. They are transitioning and restructuring their lives.

You have a lot of people that begin the divorce process not really knowing up from down because most people have never gone through it before. So we start by helping them to understand what the process will be and helping them to understand what their life might look like afterwards.

And then, by going through their financial affairs and talking about their children and how they've lived and their standard of living, we can actually help them to define what their goals are and try to create the picture for them of what their life will look like after the divorce is over.

People going through a divorce are often concerned about whether they'll be able to stay in their house and whether their children will have to change schools. One thing that we always focus on is trying to retain consistency for the children because the children are experiencing enough change in their lives because their parents are getting divorced. And so if there's any way possible, we try to help the parents figure out some way that we reduce and minimize change caused and disruption caused to the children's lives.
