Once you have retained our services, we have several additional forms which will be required during the development of your case. These forms include Inventory and Appraisement forms, a Financial Information Statement, and homework assignments for clients. If it appeals to you to receive your forms via e-mail and you would prefer to complete them on a computer, please let us know the format in which you would like to receive our forms. We are willing to comply with most requests, and we certainly encourage client involvement. We are able to forward documents in Word, Word Perfect, and Excel formats; please advise us of your software preference.
